Yes, you can continue to u but u probably want this problem, medical director there, and find an amicable solution between the two parties can agree, the legal fees run high enough medical experts will be needed, d 'their testimony in the case. Therefore, we recommend the case directly to the first hospital, if things fall through, then U Can not take further legal action.

The point is that asking someone in the legal profession. I make an appointment with a lawyer who specializes in medical litigation. Normally, you see that first consultation with a lawyer or can be obtained free or low for a fee. I accept his authority in this case.

I doubt you can sue. I mean, you can try to pay but the happiness of finding a lawyer to take the case "after they are paid.
If you win a claim and need you in 10 years of litigation.
Happen every day, horrible things in all hospitals and clinics in order to know with everything they have, the lawyers, and do not usually try to fight. Hospitals are almost untouchable.

What a careless nurse, scabies is highly contagious. You should not pay for treatment. Losses that do not work when the hospital with you.

I doubt you can sue. You can scabies through contact with someone, even in a public place like a supermarket or a shopping mall. Itching around the IV is not an itch, and itching between the toes is common for scabies. I had scabies twice to work in orphanages in foreign countries. The treatment is the application of the lotion and shower, and treatment of cat litter. You may need to be treated twice. The treatment will probably cost $ 40 for lotion. To Sue would have to prove that it has acquired scabies in the hospital, very hard to do.

There are a reasonable case that not make the nurse to follow sterile procedures sooner. You can probably refuse to pay for the treatment of scabies. You still have to pay for treatment to his stroke. If they to paying for the processing of the itch object, you can threaten to compensate for any inconvenience this may argue that as a result of scabies.
